Registration guidelines
To register in IAFSS 2026, you have to create an account on the LiveScience platform and complete the registration form. Full registration is achieved when payment has been received.
On your dashboard, you can :
- Register for the conference, add additional participants, pay by credit card or request a purchase order to pay by bank transfer
- Purchase a gala ticket, register to workshops andbook activities for social events
- Add participants
- Etc
You will be able to choice your mode of payment :
- If you pay by credit card, you will receive an invoice
- if you need a purchase order, choose Bank Transfer. You will receive a proforma in order to create a purchase order with your administration.

Accompanying persons: Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Reception on 8 June 2026 and coffee breaks. They will be able to access to the exhibition area, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.
The registration fees include :
- All scientific sessions, including poster sessions
- Exhibition area access
- All conference materials
- Coffee break & lunch
- Opening cocktail reception (8 june 2026)
- Note the Gala dinner is not included in Registration fees (65 euros)

Payment
2 modes of payment are available:
- Credit card : Visa, Mastercard, American Express - Stripe process. If you pay by credit card, you will receive an invoice
- Bank transfer : If you ou need a purchase order, choice Bank Transfer. You will receive a proforma in order to create a purchase order with your administration.
Registration and cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to WildEvents by email compta@wild.events
- For any cancellation received before March 15th 2026: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (including French VAT)
- For any cancellation received between March 15th and April 24th 2026 refund of 50% of the fee (including French VAT).
- For any cancellation received after April 25th 2026: no refund

To modify your registration, add participant etc ... :
- Access to your dashboard: click on « login » button below and enter your email and password
- You can modify your order by clicking on "pending order" in the menu.
- You can add participant or accompanying person etc ...

- File the form and validate
