IAFSS 2026

Childcare Service

To help participants attend the IAFSS 2026 conference with peace of mind, a childcare service will be available during the event in La Rochelle.

This service is intended for children aged 1 year and older and will allow parents to fully participate in the conference sessions while their children are safely cared for.

The childcare service will be available at the following rates:

  • €35 per child for a full day
  • €18 per child for a half day

Childcare will be available in half-day slots from Monday to Friday, according to the following schedule:

Monday: morning / afternoon
Tuesday: morning / afternoon
Wednesday: morning only
Thursday: morning / afternoon
Friday: morning only

⚠️ Please note that childcare will not be available on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

Booking Process

The booking process will take place in two steps:

1. Pre-registration

First, please complete the form below to provide:

  • your contact details
  • information about your child(ren)
  • the half-day slots you may need
2. Ticket reservation

Once all requests have been collected and availability confirmed, you will receive instructions to reserve and purchase your half-day (or day) childcare tickets through the platform LiveScience.

Please note that places are limited, and reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.
